Effective communication has always been a challenge in our organization, as it is in many workplaces. The unique communication styles of individuals often create gaps that hinder collaboration and team synergy. To address these challenges, we partnered with Dr. Singh of Psyphera to conduct Process Communication Training for our staff, delivered in small, focused groups.
This training has been truly transformative for our team. It introduced us to practical tools and a shared language that enhanced our understanding of each other’s communication preferences. As a result, we’ve been able to close gaps, increase clarity, and significantly improve our ability to work together. The insights gained went beyond communication; they revealed new dimensions of our team dynamics that have strengthened our connections.
For me personally, this training was as humbling as it was enlightening. As a Thinker, I learned a great deal about how my personality traits influence my leadership style and how I come across to others. One particular example shared during an activity—highlighting how Thinkers tend to run meetings—was so astonishingly accurate that it made me pause and reflect. It was a moment of self-consciousness, but in the best way possible. It helped me recognize areas where I could grow and adapt to better connect with my team.
Understanding our team’s composition—predominantly Harmonizers and Thinkers—has also provided valuable context for building bridges between different styles. The tools we’ve gained from this training are already fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and understood.
We are immensely grateful for Dr. Singh’s expertise. Process Communication Training has been a pivotal step in improving our organization’s communication, team cohesion, and overall effectiveness. I highly recommend this training to any organization looking to unlock the potential of their team and cultivate meaningful, productive relationships.
