As a physician who has completed training in Crucial Conversations©, Body Language, and the Process Communication Model®, I aim to help people better understand themselves and their communication styles.

Interpersonal communication is in my blood. My grandfather was a master of communication in rural Punjab, India. Without formal training, his reputation for helping others thrive spread organically through word-of-mouth. In just five years, he had built a national following, and within a decade, his impact was felt internationally. I was fortunate to learn at his knee, absorbing his wisdom and honing my skills through observation and practice.

That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion for me. I went on to become a physician, but I never lost sight of the importance of communication. My background allowed me to connect with patients on a deeper level and easily navigate challenging conversations. The better we understand each other, the more we can collectively achieve.

Sheila is an experienced Instructional Designer, who has created curricula and program evaluations for medical schools, and Community Health Centers.
